Hello! I am a Ph.D. candidate in evolutionary genomics at the University of Toronto.
I use both computational and wet lab approaches to better understand how recombination rate variation affects genome evolution using the model alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
Outside of research, I'm very passionate about teaching programming skills, as well as promoting reproducible and open science. Other hobbies include guitar, video games, and being distracted by my two cats.
